What information do I need to include when I submit a support request?

When submitting a support request ticket, please make sure to include as many relevant details as possible. Please try and include (at minimum) the following details so that we may best assist you. The more specific the information we have from you, the better we are able to resolve your issues.

  • The email address associated with your ReadyNAS Vault account.
  • Your ReadyNAS device model.
  • Which Operating System you are running.
  • Which browser you are using.
  • What you are trying to do.
  • What is the problem.
  • What error message(s) you are seeing, or what indication you have of the problem.
  • Relevant screenshots detailing any of the above.
