Yes, you can use the Vault to back up all emails, contacts, notes, tasks and calendars from Microsoft Outlook in the form of a PST file.

Additional tips:
Each time you backup your Outlook PST file, you are backing up your entire Outlook database at that particular moment in time - with the specific contacts, calendar entries, emails, notes and tasks that exist in your Outlook at that moment. When you want to access or restore a backed up Outlook file, please note that you will be restoring the entire Outlook PST file (i.e. not just individual contact and email files). This also means, accordingly, that if you are trying to restore an Outlook file to a machine, the particular machine must be running the Outlook program.
