Resetting Your Account Password

Your password is stored in an encrypted form in our database.

We do not have direct access to your password; hence we are not able to deliver your password to you.

We do, however, offer an interface for you to request for your password to be reset through the Forgot Password page.




The password reset process will ask for the email address you used to open the account and send a confirmation message to that email address. Once you verify by clicking on the link provided via email, your password will be reset and delivered to you. 

Once your password is reset, you can log in using the new password and change the password to your liking by clicking on the "Change Password" field under "My Profile" under the "My Account" tab.
