Some users receive the following error message when trying to add files to their new Vault Share.
To fix this issue, simply perform the following steps.
1. Open Frontview, and on the left hand panel access Shares -> Share listings.
2. Click on either the CIFS, AFP or HTTP/S icon for the Vault Share. It does not matter which icon you choose.
3. Next, go to the Advanced Options tab and change “Share folder group rights and “Share folder everyone rights” to “Read/write” and click Apply.
You should now be able to drag files into the Vault share when it is mapped as a network drive.
